• Stand-alone composite deck with aluminum handrails and fascia – 4-5 days
• Attached cover with standard electrical package, tongue and groove ceiling, post and beam trimming, and staining – 10 days
• Composite deck with fully finished cover – 3-4 weeks
• Pressure-treated deck with fully finished cover – 3 weeks

We break the project cost into four payments to make the process smooth and manageable:

1. 10% – Due at contract signing

2. 35% – Due one week before the project begins

3. 35% – Due at the project’s halfway point

4. 10% – Due upon project completion and your satisfaction

However, each project has a dedicated project manager and a specialized team of skilled subcontractors to ensure personalized attention and top-tier craftsmanship.
