Landscape Services FAQ's

After I signed the contract, what’s next?

We will send you an invoice for the deposit to secure your spot on our schedule.

How can I submit payment?

You can pay online through the provided invoice link, or choose to pay by check or cash. There is no fee for using a credit card.

What if I want to change something about the project before we start construction?

If you would like any changes made, please contact your salesperson as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

How long will the project take?

Since each project is unique, we recommend discussing the timeline with your salesperson.

What times will we be working at the house?

Our crew typically works onsite from 6 AM to 1 or 2 PM.

Will I need to be home while the crew is working?

You do not need to be home during this time.

What happens if my project is delayed?

Should your project be delayed, your salesperson will inform you of the reason and the updated start date.

What if I want to add more to the project while it is being built?

If you would like us to perform additional work while we’re onsite, please contact your salesperson immediately so we can make the necessary arrangements.

Does landscaping improve the value of our property?

Landscaping can significantly enhance your home’s value by improving curb appeal, potentially increasing your property's worth by 5% to 20% and helping it sell faster.

How will we maintain the landscape after the project is complete?

We offer a couple of options for maintaining your new landscape: we can set you up on a maintenance schedule for worry-free care, or provide tips on maintaining it yourself.

Do I need to do anything to prepare the property before the crew shows up to start?

On the day we begin, please ensure that any pets are kept out of the work areas and that your vehicles are parked in a way that won’t block our access.
